"Costa Smeralda" Luxury apartments
The complex consists of four stone buildings.
Each building has two types of apartments.
1) The floor is an apartment with two bedrooms, one double bed and the other with two single beds, separate kitchen - living room with sofa bed, fireplace, bathroom with hair dryer and a balcony overlooking the sea.
2) The first floor has two apartments (type maisonette). Each apartment consists of two levels. At one level there is a kitchen with potential for 2 persons ( sofa bed) , bathroom with hairdryer and balcony with sea view. The second level is a bedroom with double bed, WC and balcony with sea view.
All apartments have fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle. It also has satellite TV and NOVA, air conditioning in all rooms, free use of Wi-Fi internet and safe.
The apartments are cleaned every day and linen changes every two days.
The distance from the sea is 30 m.
The distance from the port of Sivota is 600 m .
